The service

The Site is an informational and marketing platform for SmartNoma's agronomic-intelligence services. It includes the "Your Farming Future" tool, which produces illustrative modelled estimates based on the inputs you provide.

Estimates are not guarantees

Any figures, projections, or scenarios generated by the Site — including yield gaps, recoverable revenue, reach, readiness scores, and indicators — are illustrative modelled estimates for planning and discussion only. They are not guarantees of outcome and are not a substitute for professional agronomic, financial, or legal advice. Actual results depend on field conditions, inputs, weather, execution, and other factors outside our control. You should not make decisions solely on the basis of these estimates.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, submit unlawful or false information, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content (excluding content you submit) are owned by SmartNoma or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without permission.
